2025 was another standout year for TrollWall AI - a year of growth, impact, new capabilities, and recognition on the global stage. Just as 2024 marked our first full financial year and a tremendous ride, 2025 was about scaling what works, expanding our community management offerings, while continuing to advance our mission: helping organizations everywhere thrive in healthy, safe digital spaces.
As we wrap up 2025, we’re excited to share the milestones, the numbers, and the moments that made this year truly meaningful.
#1 2025 is the year of strong growth
This year, TrollWall AI continued its upward trajectory in user adoption and platform protection:
- Users: We closed December 2024 with 654 users, and by December 2025, we had grown to 1,219, nearly doubling our user base in just one year.
- Social Media Accounts Protected: At the end of 2024, we protected 600 Facebook profiles. By December 2025, that grew to 1,259 total social media accounts across platforms, reflecting the increasing need for automated moderation and community management across organizations of all sizes.
These numbers represent more than growth, they reflect trust from organizations, brands and teams who count on TrollWall AI to safeguard meaningful conversations.
#2 2025 is the year politics reshaped online discourse

In 2025, TrollWall AI analyzed 35,679,931 comments across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Among them, 11,155,384 (31.27%) are toxic and hateful. That means we were hiding more than 30k comments a day from all platforms, a huge jump from 9k comments a day in 2024!
On Facebook alone, TrollWall AI analyzed 32,795,655 comments, identifying 10,449,642 toxic or hateful comments, a toxic rate of 32.17%, the highest across all social media platforms. Among these, 16 May 2025 stood out as the single most intense day of hate, with 122,000 toxic comments out of 364,500 total comments - meaning roughly one in three interactions was flagged as harmful. This spike didn’t happen in a vacuum: it correlated with the lead-up to the Romanian presidential election on 18 May 2025, a critical moment in Romanian politics that drew passionate online engagement, heated debates, and polarized discussions as communities debated the nation’s future direction and political landscape.
This deep dive into real engagement data isn’t just about counting numbers, it’s about understanding the shape of digital discourse and how major social events influence online behaviour.
#3 2025 is the year our product matured

We continued to expand TrollWall AI’s capabilities to make community management easier and more effective for our users:
🌐 5 new languages supported:
Building on our earlier work to make TrollWall AI globally accessible, we added five new languages, allowing more organizations to benefit from accurate, contextual moderation and insights. With this expansion, TrollWall AI now understands 2.7 billion people worldwide, supporting a total of 12 languages.
📬 Social Inbox:
We introduced Social Inbox, a unified space to manage all direct messages across connected accounts. This feature streamlines community interactions, bringing clarity and control to what was once fragmented and chaotic messaging workflows.
👩🏻💻 Expanded community management features:
After expanding beyond moderation in 2024, we continued to grow our community management capabilities in 2025. As changes to Facebook’s algorithm and Meta’s restrictions on political advertising reduced paid reach, organizations increasingly had to rely on organic conversations to connect with their audiences. This shift made day-to-day community management more important than ever. In response, we expanded support to TikTok and YouTube, introduced smart reporting, added websites as a knowledge base source for AI-powered reply generation, launched moderation agents, and delivered several additional improvements — helping teams stay present, responsive, and in control of fast-moving online discussions.
#4 2025 is the year of international recognition and global connection

In 2025, TrollWall AI was recognized on multiple international stages — a strong validation of both our technical excellence and our social impact.
🏆 World Summit Awards (India)
We were honored at the WSA Gala Ceremony in Hyderabad, India, and became part of the WSA Global Congress, joining digital innovators from 60+ countries. Through discussions on digital democracy, trust, data ethics, and online hate, it became clear that the challenges TrollWall AI addresses are shared globally. These connections have already sparked conversations about expanding into new countries.
🌍 Ethical AI Recognition (Slovakia)
Our work was recognized in Slovakia for its contribution to ethical and responsible AI, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive design and trustworthy technology in the fight against online hate.
🌟 Finalist at FBIN Management Excellence Awards (Austria)
We were named a finalist in the “Best Tool or Service” category, standing alongside leading innovators in the football industry. Represented by our Czech Republic Country Manager, Roman Cihalik, this recognition reaffirmed our role in helping clubs and federations protect and empower online fan communities.

🚀 SASK (Startup Awards Slovakia) in Silicon Valley (USA)
Being a winner at SASK 2024 led us to Silicon Valley, where we participated in SASK-led programs focused on scaling impactful technology globally. Engaging with international founders, mentors, and investors reinforced TrollWall AI’s position within global tech circles that prioritize social impact alongside innovation.
#5 2025 is the year of meaningful partnerships and business expansion
In 2025, partnerships and trusted clients became a key driver of TrollWall AI’s impact — particularly in the political and sports verticals, where hate and toxicity continue to intensify.
We were proud partners of Europe’s first Political Tech Summit in Berlin, contributing to discussions on protecting democratic discourse in highly polarized online environments. We also joined the Football Business Insider Network (FBIN), bringing our AI moderation agents to football communities and supporting clubs, leagues, and federations in safeguarding their online spaces.
Alongside these collaborations, we expanded our client base into new countries, including the UK and Ireland, and were honored to onboard industry-recognized leaders:
- Ringier — a leading European media group shaping public discourse across multiple markets.
- Slovenská sporiteľňa — Slovakia’s largest bank, serving millions with a strong focus on trust and community engagement.
- TV Nova (CME Group) — a major Central European broadcaster with wide digital reach.
- AC Sparta Prague — one of Central Europe’s most prominent football clubs, with a highly engaged fan community.

Above all, 2025 was made possible by people. By the users and clients who trusted TrollWall AI to protect their communities. By our partners who share our belief that healthier digital spaces are not optional, but essential. And by our team, whose dedication and persistence turn a complex challenge into meaningful, real-world impact every day.
Behind every metric, every hidden comment, and every new capability is a shared commitment to making online conversations safer and more constructive. As we move into 2026, we do so with gratitude for the trust we’ve earned, and with a clear focus on scaling our impact, deepening our expertise, and continuing to build technology that helps organizations thrive in an increasingly complex digital world.
